- Process medical requests received from service providers on a daily basis and conduct initial assessments on in/ out medical patient cases.
- Provide approvals/ pre-authorizations on compliant patient services as required and in alignment with policies and procedures subject to fraud and abuse.
- Ensure that all approvals and pre-authorizations are done within a limited timeframe (under 15minutes) in order to keep the patients waiting time to a minimum and improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Ensure that the medical service provider members in the designated network are up to standards, qualified and in compliance to ART’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure the development of preventive/ corrective actions in response to incidents investigated and monitor implementation.
