- Support analysis of TAWAL s investment and funding strategy in alignment with the company s strategy br Analyze investment opportunities and document potential merger and acquisition valuations opportunities risks and projected cost amp revenue implications br Support financial modelling valuation and analysis br Support Directors in investment negotiations br Prepare internal and external investment documentation br Ensure all relevant material used across transactions including investment memoranda and management presentations is consistent true and accurate br Support the due diligence research analysis and documentation of live transactions
