- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in aluminum construction projects, including fabrication, installation, and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, contractors, and clients
- Strong project management skills, including budget management, project scheduling, and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other project management and design software
