YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
- From 3-5 years of proven experience as an Agile Project Manager in software development or IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and software development processes.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are considered a plus.
