- Maintains good employee relations and motivate colleagues.
- Provide guidance to walk-in customers on product and service offerings.
- Educate customers and potential customers with information and delivery timelines.
- Ensures strict adherence to Bab Al Shams Desert Resort Standard Operating Procedures related to guest experience and activities.
- Serve guests by providing product/ service information related to the delivery life cycle, rates, and payment.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Promote and cross-sell the company’s products.
