JOB PURPOSE
The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding the needs of the business / MD to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills organisation skills and a professional presentation. Requirements
The Admin Assistant will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD s calendar schedule meetings and produce agendas
- Take meeting action points and follow up with the MD s direct reports
- Book travel and prepare travel itineraries including flight arrangements hotel booking visas and transfers
- Creating ad hoc confidential reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage MD s expenses including receipt collation system logging and claims process
- Provide comprehensive administrative support (including drafting letters / emails / bill payments)
- CRM data entry and updates
- Undertake phone duties transferring calls or taking messages as appropriate
- Conduct ad hoc comprehensive research
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and key internal stakeholders
- General errands relating to office and household

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers, reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content for digital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effective content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and edit articles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorial standards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments to ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and partners, to enhance content quality and coverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across various platforms, including the brand's website, social media channels, and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorial experience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.
