Job Description

Req ID : 1653620
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries, complaints or return bookings.
  • Initiate all outbound calls to interact with leasing customers for follow-up (payment and maintenance).
  • Offer a high level of customer satisfaction by handling the customers both via phone and face to face.
  • Update MOI system on daily basis.
  • Follow – up on Kerridge / Titan System and other web-based tools to support the operations.
  • Regularly provide daily customer’s feedback reports
  • Archiving and Filing System for all the department contracts and transactions. (Both Hard/Soft Copy).
  • Prepare reports as requested by Supervisor.
