Introduce and promote Production Solutions range of products and solutions into the sets of account listing and territory assigned in the corporate, commercial and printing industries;
Ensure effective market coverage and responsible to increase company market share;
Responsible for delivering personal sales target as well as maximizing sales productivity;
Implement sales strategies to source for new business/ New Dealer opportunities and also to ensure protection of the existing user accounts.
Develop Sales & Business Strategy - Develop annual business plan, annual budget, and business strategies and provide accurate sales forecasting to achieve sales and market share objectives.
Sales Activities Improvement
- Develop strong working prospects to ensure good sales pipelines, regular visits to user machine-in-field (MIF) to build strong customer relationship and rapport for business opportunities;
- Analyze sales results and take corrective actions if sales performance is below performance standards;
- Ensure compliance to all sales and marketing related standard operating procedures or company procedures;
- Appease and provide prompt resolution to dissatisfied customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Intelligent Gathering Competitors Information and Movements - Feedback to immediate superior on the latest information on the competitors
Business Knowledge - Ensure self to keep abreast with latest production system products and solutions
Review, Reengineer and Realign - To actively brainstorm, discuss and review all won & lost cases with team members for long term improvement, share success stories to inspire and motivate team members
Requirements
- Preference for high performer/good sales track records from Competitor companies (2nd option: from downsizing companies).
- Degree/Diploma in any field;
- Must have at least 5 years in relevant industry, especially in the sales of office automation equipment, IT systems and solutions or networking products;
- Knowledge in the Graphic Communications Industry is an advantage;
- Willing to do cold calling;
- Pleasant personality, good presentation, persuasive and interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of urgency and able to work under pressure;
- Age Range: Below 28 - 35 yrs
