ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the overall performance of all task orders assigned.
- Works closely with the government program manager in establishing project objectives, plans, and budgets
- Develop program documentation to support Request for Proposal, Milestone Decisions and Acquisition Strategy
- Provide technical analysis integration of such aspects of program management as engineering, procurement, financial management, environmental management, configuration
- Ensure program requirements and statements of work capture and are planned to the level of detail required for execution
- Provide recommendations to ensure project information integrates into existing program strategy
