Job Description

- Process payment to local vendor
- Process payment to credit cards
- Process payment to foreign vendors
- Process payment to interfirm
- Reconcile Accounts payable ledger on a monthly basis
- Responsible for clearing manual payments in SAP
- Monitor payments and ensure there is no over or underpayment to vendors/interfirm.
- Assist in the requirement of internal and external audit such AC Testing, statutory audit, Bureau of Internal Revenue audit/assessment
- Record accrual of expenses to comply with FIG reporting
