Accounts Circulation Distribution Associate

ITP Luxury a division within ITP Media Group is seeking a highly motivated person to join our team. This role requires a strong background in departmental operations accounts reconciliation payable process and application of circulation and distribution models.

Requirements

As an Accounts Associate you are responsible for the following:

• Processing payments
  
• Checking and verifying invoices
  
• Monitoring list of regular invoices and making sure that they are managed in a timely manner
  
• Managing system and database
  
• Account reconciliation.
  
• Maintaining cost sheets for shoots and events.
  
• Revenue and cost data analysis and reconciliation.
  
• Answering tax related inquiries when necessary
  

As a Circulation and Distribution Associate you are responsible for the following:

• Management and oversight of all areas within the circulation department including home delivery single subscriptions corporate subscriptions expanding distribution channels planning visibility and budgeting.
  
• Manage distribution of all ITP Luxury brands print digital publications
  
• Monitor and manage subscriber databases ensuring accurate and uptodate subscriber information
  
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery of publications to subscribers newsstands and other distribution channels
  
• Manage distribution marketing budgets; lead in successful marketing plans that support audience growth for paid circulation and create monthly marketing analyses and ROI reports on all efforts
  
• Dealing with new customers and take advantage of sales and revenue opportunities to increase circulation of all publications
  
• Action all the market related plans with respect to distribution and visibility of our brands
  
• Competitive tracking and analysis to identify and pursue target accounts
  
• Strategize with commercial team and senior management to grow overall circulation revenue
  
• Work with ad sales and marketing team to create and package print and digital solutions and opportunities to drive circulation

Requirements

• Strong organizational and technical background in Accounting and B2C systems
  
• 23 years experience on general accounting and/or VAT returns
  
• Understanding of the alliances and digital sales function
