You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailresponsibilities will include:
• Lead the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements for a number of UAE legal entities, primarily the CIME – UAE Insurance entity;
• Liaise with the Auditors through the external year end audit process, ensuring adherence to the external reporting timetable;
• Lead the timely preparation of quarterly Management Accounts with all required consolidation adjustments and accompanying analysis and illustrative remarks;
• Provide relevant and accurate financial and operational analysis as required, preparing various packs for presentation to Board and other stakeholders & committees;
• Prepare CBAUE regulatory reporting pack on a quarterly basis;
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of Financial Statements and Management accounts of other Middle East Insurance entities, as well as
• Responsible for investigating and resolving technical accounting matters;
• Proactively help to drive forward process and procedure improvements;
• Participation in ad-hoc projects
