Description / Key Responsibilities
- Managing a large portfolio of key strategic brands across the UAE endtoend ownership from preonboarding to onboarding to performance management
- Ideating and building key processes and mechanisms for revenue growth as well as client retention and sentiment.
- Working crossfunctionally across operations onboarding product support and other functions
- Managing stakeholders from senior management (e.g. Brand Directors) to onground staff (e.g. Restaurant Operations Managers)
- Reporting and generating insights for both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams for seamless delivery
- Spending time on the ground (around 2040%) to support onboarding trainings build relationships and deep dive on performance management
- Liaising with senior leadership and driving key priorities projects and strategic levers to enable business impact
Key Competencies / Requirements
Minimum 23 years of experience managing accounts - Direct account management growth management or project management experience strongly preferred
- F&B/hospitality industry experience preferred
- Bachelors degree
- Fluency in English is a must and Arabic would be an advantage
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit desire to build something big hustle to get things done and have a measurable impact for your efforts.
- Customer obsession alongside a resultsoriented mindset
- Ability to ideate and execute independently and pivot quickly when required
