• Be the unique point of contact for your Sellers regarding sales, business development, and account management. It includes their effectiveness at using our self-service tools, guide them at putting competitive price, adding all their selection, but also help them to resolve potential cases opened with customers, and their issues with the platform.
• Prioritize your work and sourcing strategy with high potential Sellers based on their capacity to provide a good customer experience thanks to their unique products, capability to be priced competitively, and ensure an end-to-end good experience until the customers’ doorstep.
• Ensure that every Seller meets the quality bar required and meet customers’ expectations, and category quality guidelines. Be the voice of Sellers, by raising their pain points and concern to the product team.
