• Deliver targets on assigned portfolio of Corporate, with focus on MICE, weddings, and Luxury accounts
• Implement SMART strategic action plans to achieve revenue and GEO source objectives
• Support international portfolio with market insights and sales activities
• Implement Shangri-La strategic commercial programs
• Maximize GSO profitability and build strong business relationships
• Conduct all dealings with clients and SLI hotels in a professional manner
