Account Executive

Monaire is seeking to hire a HVAC/R Technician onto our Customer Success team in Madison, WI.

Our customer success technicians work with our preferred network of mechanical contractors to diagnose and repair issues detected by our smart sensors and artificial intelligence algorithms. Customer success technicians also support Monaire s growth by following up and closing leads generated via customer referrals and Monaire direct sales teams.

This role presents an amazing opportunity for experienced HVAC/R technicians to step up to an impactful, high-growth role and take on the following responsibilities -

• Own Monaire s relationship with customers in your assigned territory.
  

• Represent Monaire as the direct customer contact and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  

• Work closely with our preferred network of contractors to diagnose HVAC/R issues.
  

• Act as an HVAC/R expert, provide guidance to Mechanical contractors.
  

• Recommend repairs/upgrades to help customers have a more reliable and efficient HVAC/R experience.
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have -

• 5+ years of experience working with light commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems and willingness to continue learning.
  

• Ability to use mobile and web applications (e.g., customer data management software) to view diagnostics information, enter data, update customer records etc.
  

• Experience with HVAC project cost estimation (labor and equipment)
  

• Valid driver s license.
  

• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
  

• EPA Certification.
  

It will be awesome if you also had -

• A good understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
  

• Working knowledge of boiler systems, exhaust hoods and make up air units.
