Qualifications
- Ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.
- Ability to identify, implement and track business projects and its KPI’s.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent sales, account management, and strategic planning skills.
- Analytical skills (ability to identify tendencies, forecasts etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Experience & Education Required
- More than 5 years of professional experience in sales/business development in the financial services industry or payments industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree “business/economic”.
- MBA desirable
