Responsibilities:
- Job Description:Analysis of architectural drawings and develop conceptual ideas reference images.
- Effectively uncover clients needs and provide compelling solutions.
- Efficiently create unique desirable artistic and inspirational landscape designs
- Concept and schematic proposal of projects with associate architects
- Interact with Client & Consultants regarding changes and further requirements.
- Prepare AutoCad drawing 3D models layout presentation.
- Material selection and material palate
- Accurately prepare construction drawings and takeoffs.
- Prepare Paving pattern Formation level plan lighting layouts construction drawings and detailed drawings.
Requirements:
- 34 years experience in Landscape and Pool industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and Lumion
- British personality depicted appearance preferred.
- Driving License
- British/UK/Australian nationalities are preferred.
