MEP Inspector Infrastructure

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that PPM and CM works are completed in accordance with operational manuals, PPM blueprint and site requirements.
Manage third party contractors/suppliers to complete work orders.
Conduct site surveys to assist in the transition of mechanical assets from construction contractors to operations and maintenance contractors.
Support the team in managing all mechanical operations required for multiple purposes within different assets such as service tunnel, car park, and pumping stations.
Review mechanics-related manuals and documents to ensure they are prepared to the fullest extent and contain all necessary information.
Monitoring the mechanical work carried out by contractors on site.
Verifying and reporting drawings as submitted by the contractor.
Communicate and attend meetings with contractors and other key persons to resolve mechanical, technical and other related issues.
Assist in establishing a supplier/subcontractor performance management system.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Engineer/Manager/Client.
Support the team on operation and maintenance issues with mechanical assets.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and subcontractors and participate in review/implementation of all mechanical and discipline functions required for the project.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors to conduct site works in accordance with design intent and supplier procedures for timely delivery of equipment.
Ensure that installations of all mechanical related systems follow as-is drawings, required specifications and standards.
Responsible for carrying out on-site work and documentation.
