Monitor progress of the project using project management frameworks.

Support research activities in robotics and materials science.

Manage technical and non-technical documentation.

Preparing and providing documentation to ARIC project investigators and research teams

Tracking center’s finances and managing all center-related procurement processes.

Review all official documents issued by the center, including: papers, patents, and media articles.

Manage communication with other departments with the university including: media and facilities management.
.
Manage all administrative processes related to hiring.
.
Setup collaboration channels for all activities conducted in ARIC.
.
Ensure that the lab and any conducted experiments adhere to safety regulations and standards.
.
Adhere to the University's information security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Managers
Candidate Profile
Essential Criteria
.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in engineering related disciplines
.
Experience with Microsoft Office
