Manufacturing Unit Assistant

• Oversee the production process, ensuring that the work is being executed efficiently and accurately.
• Make sure the deadlines of the production activities are met, keeping a close eye on the quality standards and compliance with the safety regulations.
• Monitor the working conditions of the employees, verifying that they operate safely and comply with the company’s policies.
• Identify improvement opportunities for the manufacturing process, increasing efficiency and profitability.
• Develop strategies to reduce the costs of production while meeting the highest standards of quality.
• Maintain and optimize the machinery, minimizing the potential risks.
• Report any issue detected during the production process to the concerned department.
• Maintain accurate records of the production output and manufacturing schedule.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Unit Assistant or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• High attention to detail, with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
