4. Follow up with clients on a regular basis a week before the due date and update the clients’ financial report

6. Save travel, annual leave and retirement amount in Excel and publish in ERP system.
7. Balance monthly balance savings in Excel with ERP system.
8. Posting payroll in the ERP system
9. Maintain VAT files in Excel.
10. Verify export sales with customs documents and monitor local sales.
11. Submit a value-added tax return every quarter.
12. Operating payment at the bank according to payment receipts and submitting weekly bank statements.
13. Posting for receipts, payments and settlement with invoices.
14. Maintain subsidiary agreements in hard copy and electronic copy (such as returns, management fees, etc.)
15. Posting of affiliate invoices on a weekly basis.
Required profile of candidates
Master's degree in Accounting and Finance
At least 3 years of experience in the field
Time and detail management skill
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
