Job Description

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
- Ensure proper inventory and control of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Oversee the scheduling and assignment of housekeeping tasks
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to Housekeeping services
- Implement and enforce safety and security procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Assist with budgeting and cost control for the department
