Coordinating the various dates for meetings, official meetings, and administrative work related to the Deanship of Student Affairs and following them up with external parties.
Preparing official letters on paper and electronically.
Coordinating and organizing administrative work.
Organizing and implementing activities and events.
Accurate follow-up of work with the Deputy Dean of Student Affairs.
Activating and monitoring electronic communication sites.
Accepting any assignment from the Dean of Student Affairs that is consistent with the vision and missions of the university.
General Terms:
At least one to two years of experience in the same field. Fresh graduates can apply.
Good management and prioritization of work
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
He has an Emirati driving license.
Good knowledge of computer skills, especially Microsoft Office programs
