Land Surveyor

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with local land surveying regulations and practices in Dubai is a plus.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and existing structures.
• Use surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and digital levels, to collect accurate field data.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans, and maintain accurate records of survey data.
• Analyze survey data and use it to create legal descriptions, land titles, and property records.
• Assist in the preparation of construction plans and layouts based on survey data.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
• Keep up-to-date with surveying technology and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and permitting requirements related to land surveying.
