- Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand the hotel's corporate account portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new corporate business and achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team and hotel leadership to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate revenue objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to secure profitable agreements.
- Work with the finance and revenue management teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts for corporate business segments.
- Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, including events, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and establish valuable connections within the corporate sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
