Job Description

  • Payroll and Overtime Management:
    • Administer accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Monitor and manage overtime calculations and payments.
  • Visa Processing:
    • Oversee the end-to-end visa processing for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Liaise with government authorities and agencies for visa-related matters.
  • Insurance Administration:
    • Manage and administer employee insurance programs, including health, life, and other relevant coverages.
    • Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure timely renewals and address employee queries related to insurance.
  • Onboarding:
    • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information and resources.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture and policies.
  • Recruitment Coordination:
    • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to fulfill staffing needs for construction projects.
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations in partnership with external agencies.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, visa regulations, insurance administration, and onboarding best practices.
  • Experience in coordinating recruitment activities, including working with external agencies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
