Be responsible for supporting Mastercard Cybersecurity products in the cyber innovation domain in the Middle East & Africa region. This role will focus on Cyber Threat Intelligence as it relates to these products and drive KPIs and go-to-market strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert, advocate, and champion for designated cyber security products to stakeholders building upon past practitioner-based experiences working with related threat data.
Create and sustain a Cyber Threat Intelligence customer pipeline for new solutions.
Engage with key stakeholders; issuers, merchants, consumer focus groups and governments to ensure detail viability study of proposed solutions. Understand customer cyber threats in the broader financial sectors and other industries.
Regularly provide customer feedback on pain-points and product gaps.
Establish a trustworthy environment for two-way sharing of threat intelligence.
Work with key stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and support customer onboarding, training, and support to implement and grow relationships.
Translate stakeholder insights into differentiated value propositions for strategic segments and constantly evaluates the value creation process to drive world-class products.
Responsible for overall Cyber Threat Intelligence product regional team revenue performance
Negotiate complex business models, partnerships, transactions, and other commercial agreements.
Test, challenge and improve product business cases for overall viability and financial validity, leveraging business and financial acumen.
Recommend and influence product pricing and oversee the development of training and other product support materials for Mastercard's most critical products.
