The Culture & Engagement Manager will lead and handle all engagements across the organisation, including creating and delivering wellbeing strategies and initiatives. This role will establish effective and productive working relationships with senior managers and colleagues to ensure the drive of the employment wellness programmes.
In addition, this role will work closely with stakeholders and the C-suite, and will design and implement employment surveys which will be analysed to help create learning tools and resources. This manager will lead by creating action plans based around the surveys, and strategies to shape the overall wellness of the organisation which helps to maximise opportunities and benefits.
This role will be required to ensure an inclusive workplace and work closely with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition, whilst also being involved in operational budgets.
