Job Description

- Collation and publishing of cost rate libraries.
- Bespoke statistical analyses based on client and AECOM data.
- Inflation and indexation studies.
- Database development and data management activities.(including cost, carbon and asset data).
- Monitor/track and report on issues that impact on construction market for both built environment and infrastructure sectors.
- Drive digital collection of data - both internally and externally.
- Maintain and grow network of external sources to gauge market opinion and information on pricing and issues.
- Lead co-ordination and collaborate with colleagues in the production of the AECOM Middle East Handbook.
- Produce quarterly market forecasts and indices - tender price inflation - for both built environment and infrastructure sectors.
- Analysing of information and identifying trends or market changes - proactively reporting on same through Thought Leadership articles.
- Review trends in procurement routes and strategy.
- Co-ordinate with other end markets geographies within AECOM.
