- Generating sales through phone/mails as a channel
- Payment collection through consistent follow-up
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers, following up to convert enquiry into sale
- Ensuring repeat Business/orders through consistent follow up
- Competition benchmark studies, market research, etc. for a thorough sales strategy planning
- Preparation of sales reports, sales analysis, etc.
- Processing returns for DOA materials, cancelled orders.
- Generate and maintain of sales agreements, reports, analysis with help of SAP
- To provide pre-sales, sales and after sales support and update to all stakeholders
