Job Description

- Provide trouble-shooting & Root cause analysis support for commercial plants
- Lead various new post-reactor product developments through Granulation Techniques
- Participate in in-house new process technology development, scale up & implementations in commercial plants
- Engage and Lead Feasibility study & Revamp studies for effective granulator operation at plant scale and semi-commercial scales
- Independently Review Engineering Documents & Provide Steering input
- Design and supervise pilot plant experimental runs, including preliminary reviews, data interpretation, and final reporting
- Collect and interpret plant process data to make recommendations for improvements and ensure standardized work processes are optimized
- Actively contribute to plant safety and quality programs.
