• Has knowledge of TCS BaNCS (Payment) application, back-end and front-end part
• Understands SWIFT, FTS, WPS, DDS, NEFT, RTGS, SARIE and ACH Payments
• He has knowledge of shell programming, Jboss, Oracle, Spring, and Hibernet, a programming language.
• Coordinate with TCS Offshore Level 3 support team to obtain fixes related to production issues and assist in the deployment of these fixes
• Support testing of issues in production
• Update ticket status in defect management tool
• Create problem tickets and provide complete information to TCS L3 test and support team.
• Strong knowledge of SQL programming
• Good knowledge of Windows and Unix servers
• Experience working in Agile teams as part of a squad.
• Experience working in the banking or finance industry
Required profile of candidates
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical production support.
• Knowledge/exposure to a complex environment of agile teamwork practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
