Associate Campaigns Officer
Organizational Setting and Work Relationships
The Associate Campaigns Officer contributes to the coordination and implementation of PSP Individual Giving (IG) and Private Partnerships and Philanthropy (PPH) campaigns and related communications activities. The role supports the execution of campaigns ensuring consistency of messaging and adherence to established frameworks.
The incumbent collaborates with the global PSP campaigns team regional teams bureaus country offices and partners to support the rollout of joint campaigns and ensure effective coordination across stakeholders. The role also contributes to content development and supports campaign performance monitoring by compiling organizing and analysing data for reporting purposes.

Duties
Implement and manage assigned fundraising campaigns and appeals to accelerate income from individual corporate and foundation donors and enhance trust engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Contribute to the delivery of integrated campaigns and communications across Individual Giving and Private Partnerships and Philanthropy ensuring alignment of messaging and application of established best practices.
Prepare regular donor reports for campaigns including income tracking and coordination with relevant teams to incorporate impact case studies and performance insights.
Coordinate content production processes including consolidation of inputs quality assurance and timely delivery of campaign outputs while collecting and synthesizing local market insights to inform campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective campaign delivery and alignment.
Contribute to feasibility studies for fundraising campaigns and appeals including data analysis and input into recommendations.
Contribute to campaign planning and budgeting processes including tracking expenditures and supporting financial monitoring against plans.
Coordinate external vendors and creative agencies monitoring delivery against agreed timelines outputs and quality standards.
Contribute to the development and adaptation of fundraising products and campaign content to enhance performance and relevance.
Support the identification and management of risks and seek to seize opportunities impacting objectives in the area of responsibility. Ensure decision-making is risk based in the functional area of work. Raise risks issues and concerns to a supervisor or to relevant functional colleagues.
Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Years of Experience / Degree Level
For P2/NOB - 3 years relevant experience with Undergraduate degree; or 2 years relevant experience with Graduate degree; or 1 year relevant experience with Doctorate degree

Relevant Job Experience
Essential
Relevant years of experience in fundraising including experience in the not-for-profit sector. Proven experience creating campaigns communications and marketing initiatives. Experience of managing external agencies. Proven experience in Individual Giving fundraising. Strong project management skills including planning and schedule creation. Knowledge of marketing techniques including audience research methods. Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across functional and national boundaries. Experience of creating communities of practice to increase horizontal collaboration. Experience of multi-disciplinary project teams. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with people in a multi-cultural multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity. Organisational awareness.
Proficiency in English and in Arabic are mandatory.
