Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Discovery Specialist with deep knowledge of Discovery architecture troubleshooting and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VMware AWS Azure Kubernetes and a strong understanding of MID Server operations protocols (SSH WMI) and Discovery patterns.
Required Skills & Experience:
ServiceNow Discovery & ITOM (mandatory).
Strong understanding of Discovery architecture probes sensors patterns.
Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter AWS EC2 Azure resources and Kubernetes clusters.
Knowledge of SSH WMI and credential management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB best practices.
Scripting knowledge (JavaScript PowerShell Python) for pattern customization.
Experience with MID Server deployment and troubleshooting.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
Understanding of ITOM Health CMDB data and structure Service Mapping and Event Management.
