Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Onboarding & PSP Operations Manager to take full ownership of the client onboarding process from document collection to successful PSP and bank approvals.
This role is highly operational and requires someone who understands how PSPs work knows how to navigate onboarding challenges and can proactively push processes forward.
Tasks
Own the onboarding lifecycle
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients
- Collect review and organize KYC/KYB and corporate documentation
- Ensure files are complete structured and submission-ready
Manage PSP & bank relationships
- Communicate directly with PSPs banks and vendors
- Submit onboarding applications and manage the full process
- Handle follow-ups objections and additional requirements
Compliance & structuring alignment
- Understand PSP onboarding expectations and requirements
- Work with internal teams to align corporate structures accordingly
- Respond effectively to compliance-related queries
Drive execution
- Track onboarding progress across multiple clients
- Identify blockers and solve them proactively
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and workflows
Requirements
- Strong experience working with PSPs / payment providers
- Solid understanding of:
- Corporate structures & entities
- KYC / KYB processes
- Bank / PSP onboarding flows
- Experience in at least one of the following industries:
- Forex
- Prop Trading (Prop Firms)
- Gaming / iGaming
- Experience communicating with banks and PSPs (handling queries objections follow-ups)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in the EU (Cyprus preferred)
- Experience with:
- Google Workspace (Sheets Docs etc.)
- CRM systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- What Were Looking For:

- Strong communicator who can confidently handle external partners
- Hands-on operator who takes ownership and pushes things forward
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
- Nice to Have:
- Basic compliance knowledge (AML risk onboarding standards)
- Experience working with high-risk industries
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional setups
