Job Summary
Tasks
- Coordinate and oversee Oracle Apex implementation projects ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of software development projects.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders including clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project quality and delivery schedules.
- Foster a culture of challenge and commitment within the project team encouraging continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager specifically in PMP certification and Oracle Apex implementations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment while maintaining commitment to project goals.
