Job Summary
Job Title: Tenant Acquisition Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Reporting To: COO
We are seeking a commercially driven Tenant Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing and onboarding of food & beverage brands across our growing UAE portfolio of community destinations. This includes food trucks cafés QSR operators modular retail hubs and petrol station retail.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify recruit and secure high-quality F&B tenants.

Build and maintain strong industry relationships with local and international operators.

Manage the full tenant acquisition cycle: outreach negotiation and lease execution.

Curate tenant mixes to maximize footfall and business success.

Monitor F&B trends and provide market insights for expansion opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
-
710 years in F&B or retail tenant acquisition leasing or business development.

Strong UAE F&B network and experience with food truck parks malls or petrol station retail.

Excellent negotiation skills and commercial instincts.

Entrepreneurial proactive and passionate about hospitality and emerging brands.
