Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to helm one of the regions most prominent family businesses. This is a highimpact leadership role overseeing multiple subsidiary businesses driving strategic alignment financial growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a groupwide strategy for business expansion and profitability
- Lead P&L management and financial optimization across diverse industries
- Provide executive leadership and mentorship to subsidiary CEOs/GMs
- Identify and drive investment and growth opportunities
- Foster innovation operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a CEO / Group CEO leading large diversified businesses
- Strong P&L ownership and strategic leadership capabilities
- Expertise in stakeholder management and highstakes decisionmaking
- Deep understanding of the MENA business landscape ideally in a family business environment
- Arabic language proficiency preferred for effective regional engagement
