Job Summary
Type: Fulltime Onsite
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Description:
- Manage overall of the contract and compliance with SLA/KPIs.
- Act as the single point of contact for MOHESR.
- Lead daily/weekly meetings and coordinate with engineers supervisors and subcontractors.
- Approve MMRs incident reports quotations and technical submissions.
- Monitor staff performance approvals mobilization and resource compliance.
- Ensure timely reporting invoicing and documentation.
Requirements:
- Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 810 years in FM or building maintenance (GCC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CAFM KPI frameworks and ISO standards
