- Receive inspect and tag laundry items; identify stains damages or special care instructions and confirm prices with the customer.
- Generate accurate bills using the POS system and handle payments (cash card or online).
- Ensure items are correctly tagged and prepared for handover to the factory team.
- Communicate special instructions to the factory (delicate items stain removal express service etc.).
- Follow up with the factory on pending or special orders and update customers accordingly.
- Handle customer complaints delays or missing items professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Promote additional services loyalty programs and seasonal offers to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and branch you are assigned to.
- Monitor and restock retail supplies such as tags forms and packaging materials.
