Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Director Finance to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our executive leadership you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations driving strategic financial planning and ensuring the organizations fiscal health and growth.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organizations long-term objectives
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets capital budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with the General Manager and department heads
- Oversee the production of timely and accurate financial reports for management corporate office and owners
- Analyze financial data and communicate meaningful insights to guide decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
- Manage cash flow approve disbursements and optimize working capital
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets
- Direct the accounting department ensuring efficient operations and optimal staffing levels
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to enhance revenues and improve cost efficiencies
- Collaborate with other executives to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee capital expenditure processes and fixed asset management
- Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA preferred
- Professional certification such as CPA CMA or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong accounting analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting analysis and performance metrics
- Expertise in implementing and maintaining internal control systems
- Proficiency in advanced financial software and ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of risk management and corporate governance principles
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and reporting standards (preferred)
- Visionary mindset with the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and make decisive financial decisions
