Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Owner Acquisition Manager to lead property acquisition and owner onboarding efforts in Dubai. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of property owners managing broker relationships and leading the sales team responsible for signing new properties.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dubai real estate sales leadership and deal negotiation with a proven ability to build networks and close agreements with property owners and landlords.
Key Responsibilities
Owner Acquisition & Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of property owners.
Manage the acquisition cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Conduct meetings with property owners to present property management services.
Track pipeline performance and forecast deal conversions.
Achieve monthly property onboarding targets.
Sales Team Leadership
Lead and coach the property acquisition team.
Set outreach and meeting targets for the team.
Monitor deal progression and conversion rates.
Support negotiations and closing of high-value deals.
Broker Network Development
Build and maintain relationships with Dubai-based real estate brokers.
Develop referral partnerships and incentive programs.
Track and manage broker-generated deals.
Expand the broker network to increase acquisition opportunities.
Sales Funnel Management
Manage the complete sales funnel:
Lead → Qualified Owner → Meeting → Proposal → Contract
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales business development or real estate.
Proven experience working in the Dubai real estate market.
Experience managing a sales or acquisition team.
Strong track record of closing deals with property owners or landlords.
Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
