About Tumoohy:
Tumoohy طموحي is AbbVies Emirati graduate program designed to develop high-potential UAE National talent through a structured 1824-month rotational journey.
Participants gain hands-on experience real responsibilities and cross-functional exposure across AbbVie building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.
We are currently accepting applications for بour tracks: Commercial Medical HR and Finance.
Program Tracks & Rotations
1. Commercial Track
For candidates holding a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or any relevant field with a strong interest in commercial roles.
Rotations include:
- Field Sales
- Marketing
- Customer Excellence
- Market Access
- Regulatory Affairs
- Ethics & Compliance (OEC)
- Quality Assurance
2. Medical Track
For candidates with Science or medical backgrounds (biomedical sciences pharmacy biochemistry life sciences etc.).
Rotations include:
- Medical Affairs
- Patient Safety
- Pharmacovigilance
- Evidence Generation
3. HR Track
For candidates holding a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or any relevant field with a strong interest in developing a career in HR.
Rotations include:
- Business HR Support
- Talent Acquisition
- HR Operations
4. Finance Track
For candidates holding a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Engineering or any relevant field with an interest in building foundational experience in Finance.
Rotations include:
- Credit & Collections
- Accounting
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Qualifications :
- UAE National with Family Book
