Scope of Work
The candidates will be responsible for driving operational discipline budget integrity and financial planning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The Consultant shall undertake the following responsibilities:
Lead planning forecasting and financial reporting processes
Oversee commercial agreements vendor relationships and contract compliance
Develop cost efficiency frameworks and financial dashboards for leadership
Support new business modelling investment planning and revenue tracking
Manage procurement budget controls and expenditure workflows
Review pricing structures proposals and financial terms with external clients
Align financial strategies with the companys strategic goals and risk appetite
Support audits regulatory compliance and internal governance
Advise the CEO on financial positioning risks and cost optimization
Build systems and processes that ensure transparency accountability and scalability
Prepare and process monthly payroll
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; professional certifications (CPA CMA ACCA CFA) are a plus.
5 years of experience in financial management planning or budgeting.
Strong skills in financial modelling forecasting and cost control.
Experience managing procurement vendor contracts and commercial agreements.
Solid understanding of audits compliance and financial governance.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
Strong analytical communication and leadership abilities.
