Job Summary

Whats on your plate

  • Own the strategy and planning of quick commerce campaigns across the region. 

  • Work with key stakeholders across the q-comm vertical to align on strategic objectives and ensure that plans are devised that will meet these objectives.

  • Ensure that customer relevance is always prioritized ensuring that all campaigns are relevant to our customers. 

  • Support other functions in the creation of major campaigns including the strategy planning creative direction and concept. 

  • Work with country teams to develop in-store merchandising guidelines to drive conversions and engagement. 

  • Plan and execute tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth frequency and basket size. 

  • Proactively recommend and support in the development and implementation of new strategies to boost volume growth while keeping margins on target.

  • Analyze all on-going campaigns including performance tracking and sharing learnings across functions. 

  • Analyze data sets to identify consumer and market trends and suggest high impact growth strategies.

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop content to drive brand awareness sessions new customer acquisition and orders.

  • Work with CRM and Performance teams to identify and track campaign success in delivering business objectives analyze relevant data streams to lead improvements.

 

What did we order

  • 8 years work-related experience in Campaign Management / Marketing / Category Management

  • Commercial experience with E-commerce/FMCG/grocery retailers is a must Ability to manage complexity and be comfortable with ambiguity

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - experience in a matrixed high growth company will be valued

  • Strong analytical skills experience with data visualization software is a plus (Looker Tableau)

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
