We are seeking a highly motivated Emirati Intern to join our Contract Management team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing drafting and maintaining contractual documents (NDAs supplier/customer contracts service agreements).
- Support the monitoring of compliance with internal policies UAE legal frameworks and business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis on contractual risks and best practices.
- Collaborate with legal commercial project management and supply chain teams.
- Support reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives in contract management tools and workflows.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the internship the candidate will:
- Gain practical exposure to contract management in an international corporate environment.
- Understand contract lifecycle risk assessment and compliance processes.
