Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Sales Executive with strong B2B sales experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue growth, strategic sales planning, and closing high-value contracts. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Dubai and Northern Emirates.
  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ B2B accounts and ensure high client retention.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts (up to AED 1M+ annually).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho).
  • Deliver professional presentations and customized solutions to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the UAE market.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills.
  • Experience managing corporate client portfolios.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology or solutions-based sales.
  • Sales or Marketing certifications.
  • Strong understanding of UAE corporate market dynamics.
