About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Sales Executive with strong B2B sales experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue growth, strategic sales planning, and closing high-value contracts. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Dubai and Northern Emirates.
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ B2B accounts and ensure high client retention.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts (up to AED 1M+ annually).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho).
- Deliver professional presentations and customized solutions to potential clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the UAE market.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills.
- Experience managing corporate client portfolios.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology or solutions-based sales.
- Sales or Marketing certifications.
- Strong understanding of UAE corporate market dynamics.
