Job Summary
Le Chene is supporting a growing creative production business in the UAE to appoint a senior Head of Production to oversee operational delivery production excellence and scalable studio infrastructure.
This is a strategic leadership role within a high-performing brand-led environment.
Scope
End-to-end oversight of production across integrated brand campaigns
Establishing and optimising internal workflows processes & delivery standards
Budget ownership cost management & margin control
Vendor supplier & freelancer management
Resource planning and studio capacity oversight
Partnering with leadership to drive operational scalability
Supporting the development of a structured high-performing in-house team
Profile
10 years experience within creative agencies production houses or brand studios
Strong production leadership background with operational oversight
Commercially astute with proven experience managing production budgets
Experience building or refining systems within growing environments
Confident leading cross-functional creative and delivery teams
Calm solutions-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced settings
